TERMS OF CANCELLATION
Up to 30 days before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be terminated by both contracting parties without paying a cancellation fee by means of a unilateral declaration.
From day 29 before arrival 30% of the trip price will be charged
From day 14 before arrival 70% of the trip price will be charged
From day 7 before arrival up until the onset of travel 90% of the trip price will be charged
In case of non-arrival until 6 pm (unless a later arrival time has been agreed) a cancellation fee of 100% of the trip price will be charged.
It is the responsibility of the accommodation provider to try to rent the unused rooms to other parties according to the circumstances (§ 1107 ABGB).
We recommend that our guests take out cancellation insurance.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
We ask for your understanding that your apartment is only ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m. We kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Checking in contact-less: On request we are able to leave your key in the designated key safe. Your number will be sent to you via text message on the day before arrival.
USEFUL INFORMATION
- Bed linen, bath towels und hand towels are available in our apartment. In addition, we offer you a basic supply of toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, cleaning agents and bin liners.
- We are a non-smoking house; however, if you do wish to enjoy the occasional cigarette, we kindly request that you use the intended ashtray on the balcony.
- Final cleaning fee of € 65 per stay.
